Nathan founded Kitchen Guard (formerly Green Guard Services) in 2009 as an industry-leading service provider for kitchen exhaust cleaning services.  He is responsible for all aspects of the business including strategic growth, building culture, retaining employees and customers and achieving the company’s vision.

Drew oversees all aspects of operational procedures, techniques and training curriculum.  He has been with Kitchen Guard for more than 3 years in various roles including sales and general management.

As General Manager, John is responsible for ensuring the daily operation of the company headquarters flows seamlessly in achieving company expectations in key performance indicators including sales revenue, customer retention and more.

Ryan is responsible for the development and management of all training materials and procedures at Kitchen Guard. He has more than 7 years of experience in the kitchen exhaust system industry across multiple disciplines (sales, cleaning, repair, account management).
